The hand valve is using the same type of pressure reducer as the pedal. It can be delivered with or without a pressure gauge showing the output air pressure. The unit has a lever with adjustable friction, which allows the setting of any engine r.p.m lever between idle and full throttle (WOT) or any air pressure lever.
The valve is available with or without pressure gauge and with different compensating ranges (see chart for slave cylinder 872400 series reaction force at different outlet pressures).
The handvlave is designed for panel mounting an is usually used in combination with slave clyinder 872400.
Handle movement max.-min, position and with adjustable friction. The degree of friction is adjusted by three screws at the base of the handle.
Function: The handvalve incorporates a proprtional valve 872050. When the handle is moved forward the valve is actuated and controls the output airpressure in proportion to the position of the handle. The output air pressure is balanced against the springforce in the valve. When the handle is retracted the airpreasure is exhaust via the exhaustport.
Appliaction Area: Panalmounting in mobile, marine and industial vehicle applications. Typical application is handvalve together with foot throttle control and slave cylinder.
