Our approach to ESG

Environmental

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and improving the sustainability of our operations. From energy efficiency measures in our workshop to lower-emission transport and environmental management processes, we are taking practical steps to reduce our footprint and strengthen environmental performance over time.

Working towards ISO 14000
We are working towards ISO 14000:2015 accreditation through environmental procedures, clear responsibilities and regular performance reviews.
Reducing our carbon footprint
Following a Resource Efficiency Audit, we have introduced practical changes and measurable targets to reduce energy use, fuel consumption, waste and emissions.
Electric vehicles and lower-emission transport
We are reducing transport-related emissions by using electric or low-emission vehicles and investing in EV charging infrastructure.
Energy efficiency and renewable energy
We review energy use across our facilities to improve efficiency and, where practical, increase the use of renewable energy.
Waste reduction and recycling
We are reducing waste and improving recycling through responsible disposal, material reuse and ongoing monitoring.

Social

Giving back through the Fortus Foundation
We donate 1% of our annual profits to the Fortus Foundation to support charities and community initiatives.
Supporting mental health and wellbeing
We support employee wellbeing by promoting positive mental health, encouraging work-life balance and maintaining a respectful working environment.
