The Fixing Plate B4 is an accessory component in Teleflex-Clearline window opener (chain/gear) systems. It is a mounting plate used to attach or fix the chain (drive / actuator) unit of the opener to the window frame, typically when the frame is a UPVC angled profile.
Provides a stable mounting surface for the chain unit of the window opener so that the mechanism is correctly aligned with the frame.
Ensures the drive unit is secured to frames that might not have flat or straight mounting surfaces (e.g. angled profiles) by adapting the fit.
Helps maintain correct geometry and alignment of moving parts so the opener works smoothly, with less binding.
