With over 29 years in engineering, Matt combines hands-on expertise with a passion for problem-solving.
As Director and Works Manager at Cable Controls, he oversees production, purchasing, technical sales, and quality – keeping everything running smoothly from design to delivery.
Matt’s extensive knowledge of cable systems and curiosity about how things work make him the first port of call for clients needing bespoke solutions. He loves working closely with customers to understand their challenges and often suggests smarter, more efficient ways to achieve their goals.
He’s equally committed to his team, empowering them with the knowledge and confidence to keep improving processes and outcomes. For Matt, engineering is all about collaboration, innovation, and helping people succeed – whether they’re building a product or using it.
